Reflexology
Reflexology uses gentle pressure on reflex points on the feet. These points represent specific areas of the body and it encourage a natural state of balance.
It can reduce stress by inducing deep relaxation and is helpful in stimulating the body's natural healing system.
A full initial consultation and first session is 75 minutes - £50 (£45)
Follow up sessions are 60 minutes - £45 (£40)
A 30 minute taster session - £25 (£25)
After the initial consultation and treatment we can discuss a suitable treatment plan for your individual needs.
During the session you will be comfortably positioned on the therapy couch and are only required to remove footwear.
Warm towels are used to cleanse the feet and a suitable Neal's Yard balm will be applied in the treatment. It is a therapy that can be received by anyone of any age.
Indian Head Massage & Facial Reflexology
The IHM is an effective therapy that has been practised in India for thousands of years. It involves massage of the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. It can be performed seated or lying on a couch.
When combined with facial Reflexology, the treatment begins with a mini facial using Neal’s Yard products. Following the Indian Head Massage, I will perform Facial Reflexology which involves gentle precise movements which can bring deep relaxation to the whole body as well as leaving your skin glowing.

Combination Treatments
The “Top to toe bliss” treatment involves relaxing on the heated Reflexology chair, beginning with a mini facial using Neal’s Yard wild rose products. Whilst the mask nourishes the skin, a 40 minute Reflexology treatment begins. Following that the feet are wrapped in towels, whilst you receive facial Reflexology to complete the treatment.
The “Sleepy treatment” is a “Top to toe bliss” with a complimentary magnesium foot soak and the balm used during the Reflexology is magnesium and lavender that can aid restful sleep and ease restless legs.
